Jonathan is an executive leader with expertise in implementing growth strategies through acquisitions. His experience as an investment banker and transactional attorney provides a unique skill set, allowing him to efficiently identify, value, execute, and integrate tuck-in acquisitions. Jonathan earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He received his JD from the Northwestern University School of Law.
Vice President
Brendan brings to the table 9 years of experience as an M&A financial analyst and corporate development specialist. Before joining JTI, Brendan spent time at MMG Financial Advisory and six years at Sinclair Broadcast Group. While at Sinclair, he was heavily involved in station M&A, corporate ventures, investment integration, and support for strategic initiatives. Brendan earned his undergrad degree from University of Maryland, College Park, in 2014, and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management in 2018.
Senior Associate
Nick is a CPA and certified management accountant. He has a proven background in corporate development, portfolio management, and financial and operational analysis in connection with buy-side and sell-side quality of earnings engagements that increase value and reduce risks and uncertainty inherent in transactions. Before joining JTI in 2023, he worked for Mazars in US, Ashford, Inc., and the Clifton, Larson, and Allen private equity group. Nick holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tulsa.
